Shipping
We ship within Australia with tracking (Australia Post). Shipping is free on orders of A$50 or more, after any discount; below that it is a flat A$10. An order of spare seals on their own goes by letter for A$4. The shipping cost is always shown before you pay.
Dispatch: we dispatch within 3–5 business days. Custom designs are dispatched within 7–10 business days of you approving the proof.
Returns
Changed your mind? Unused cases from any tier except Custom, and unopened seal packs, can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. Return postage is paid by the customer, and we refund the item price once it arrives back. Custom designs are made to your brief, so change-of-mind returns don't apply to them.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something arrives faulty or doesn't match its description, we'll repair, replace or refund it, whichever tier it's from, Custom included, and we cover the postage. Privacy
Right now we collect only what you choose to send us: your email address if you join the list, your email and message if you use the contact form, and, if you request a colour, the colour details, any note or reference photo you add, and your email. We keep it to tell you when ordering opens, to reply to you, and to tell you once if we make a colour you asked for. Colour requests are counted by colour only when we decide what to stock. Nothing is sent to you automatically, and we never sell or share your details. Payments aren't taken on this site yet; when they are, card details will be handled by the payment provider and never stored by us. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time through the contact form. This site uses no analytics and no tracking cookies, and its fonts are hosted on the site itself.
Terms
Prices are in Australian dollars. Product photos may include renders; effect filaments such as marble and gradient vary from case to case. Custom designs must be yours to use or properly licensed, and we can decline designs that break the law or other people's rights. Stashed operates this store, and our business details will be listed here before ordering opens.
